Booking and accommodation rules

  • Passport is required for check-in
  • We draw the attention of our guests that we do not accommodate persons under the age of 18 without accompanying parents and relevant documents (birth certificate).
  • Please note that the refund for unused accommodation is carried out according to the following rules:
    1. Upon presentation of a passport of a resident, cashier's check, application, filling out cash register.
    2. The money is returned when staying at the hotel for more than a day and for the unused time of stay for at least a day.
    3. The guest must give at least 24 hours notice of early departure.
    4. Money is returned only for a full day minus 25% (for the booking service).
  • Our hotel has free Wi-Fi (ask the administrator for the password)
  • In our hotel you can use the kettle, crockery, iron and ironing board.
  • The price includes the change of bed linen, which is carried out every 3 days. An additional change of bed linen is paid at the administrator, the cost of the service is 300 RUB.

  • Cancellation/Prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room category. A refund to the Customer for a guaranteed reservation is made if the Customer applied to the Contractor with an application in writing or by e-mail info@hotelizdatel.ru no later than: 7 calendar days before the date of arrival, provided that the period his stay at the Hotel does not overlap with the period of public holidays. 21 calendar days before the date of arrival, provided that the period of his stay at the Hotel coincides in whole or in part with the period of public holidays.
  • Children Allowed: Children over 3 years old are allowed and will be charged 1000 RUB per night. Need to be confirmed by the hotel for this service. Additional services are not automatically included in the total price and are paid separately during your stay.
  • The payment for accommodation and services at the hotel is set by the price list approved by the Contractor and posted on the website www.hotelizdatel.ru. Payment can be made in cash, or by non-cash transfer under an agreement, using settlement or bank cards, online booking systems or in any other way.

You can pay for your booking online with a bank card through Uniteller's payment service. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Uniteller, where you will need to enter your payment details. After successful payment, an electronic receipt with information about the booking and data on the payment made will be sent to the e-mail specified in the payment form.

Security Guarantees

The security of Uniteller processing is confirmed by the PCI DSS data security standard certificate. The reliability of the service is ensured by an intelligent system for monitoring fraudulent transactions, as well as the use of 3D Secure, a modern technology for the security of Internet payments.

Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. The transfer of information to the processing company Uniteller takes place using TLS encryption technology. Further transfer of information is carried out through closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability.

Uniteller does not transfer your card details to the store and other third parties!

If your card supports 3D Secure technology, in order to make a payment, you will need to pass an additional user verification at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). To do this, you will be directed to the page of the bank that issued the card. The type of verification depends on the bank. As a rule, this is an additional password that is sent via SMS, variable code card, or other methods.
